The future: www.yarrkarping.com

Yes, that’s right, I bought a domain and got hosting and in the near future Yarrkarping can be found at www.Yarrkarping.com. The domain got activated just this morning, so if you go there now you won’t find anything, but please bookmark it and I’ll let you know when it’s up and running.

I’m still to install the wordpress software and then figure out how to use it, but it doesn’t seem that hard. Hopefully I’ll have it done in no time. I suppose the difficult bit is all the aesthetics, like figuring out a design, finding the right plugins and all that. But that’s fun and I can tinker away with that after I’ve got the basics up and running.

I’m so excited! And I’m not even gonna bother hiding it :D

Got both hosting and domain at One.com. So far it seems like a good choice. They’ve been around for a while, they’re cheap and stable. And I also get £50 worth of Ad-words from Google as a welcome gift!
